17-1335d. Same; abandonment by grantee or holder.
In all such cases the fact that such grantee or holder has not, for a
term fifteen (15) successive years or more, observed the regulations of the
board of directors of such cemetery district shall be prima facie evidence
that such party has abandoned such lots.
