17-1335d.   Same; abandonment by grantee or holder.In all such cases the fact that such grantee or holder has not, for aterm fifteen (15) successive years or more, observed the regulations of theboard of directors of such cemetery district shall be prima facie evidencethat such party has abandoned such lots.
