17-1347.   Reversion of unused grave spaces conveyed to patrioticorganizations.In any city or other cemetery wherein blocks of grave spaces wereconveyed to patriotic organizations for the interment of war dead and suchorganizations are now defunct, the title to the unused grave spaces shallrevert to the city or other existing cemetery organization as of theeffective date of this act, and the city or the existing cemeteryorganization is hereby authorized to convey such unused grave spaces to anyexisting patriotic organization for the interment of war dead.
