17-1351.   Same; findings; notice to owners of intention to dissolvedistrict.Such petition shall be heard immediately by such district court, and ifthe district court shall find that the facts specifically set out inK.S.A. 17-1350 exist, the court shall direct thatprocess be issued in said action notifying all persons owning lots orplaces of burial in such cemetery, as far as can be determined from therecords of such cemetery district, of the intention of the cemeterydistrict to request the dissolution of such cemetery district, suchprocess to be issued by personal service or by publication service inaccordance with sections 60-2525 to 60-2527, both sections inclusive, ofthe General Statutes Supplement of 1951.
