17-1352.   Same; hearing; determination; authority to contract, when. After service, as provided in the preceding section, has been made, ahearing shall be had by said district court, to determine whether suchcemetery district should be dissolved, and the property rights of personsliving or dead either owning cemetery lots in said cemetery, or buriedtherein, shall be dissolved and set aside, and, whether it would be to thebest interests of all parties concerned for said bodies to be disinterredfrom said cemetery and reburied in another cemetery or cemeteries. If thecourt shall find in the affirmative, then the directors of such cemeterydistrict shall be authorized to enter into a contract or contracts for thesale of such cemetery property to such governmental agency or publicutility, subject to the approval of the court, and also to enter into acontract or contracts for the removal and reburial of all persons buried insaid cemetery, subject to the approval of the court.
