17-1353. Same; acquisition of locations in certain existing
cemeteries.
The directors of such cemetery district shall then be authorized to
acquire by purchase suitable cemetery lots, or burial locations in other
existing cemeteries within a radius of fifty (50) miles of such cemetery,
for the reburial of all bodies in such cemetery.
