17-1353.   Same; acquisition of locations in certain existingcemeteries.The directors of such cemetery district shall then be authorized toacquire by purchase suitable cemetery lots, or burial locations in otherexisting cemeteries within a radius of fifty (50) miles of such cemetery,for the reburial of all bodies in such cemetery.
