17-1354.   Same; dissolution of district by court, when; deed; report,approval; order; recordation.Upon the removal and reburial of all bodies, together with therelocation of all markers, monuments and other identifying medium, thecourt shall be advised of such fact by the directors of such cemeterydistrict, and, if the court finds all of the terms of said contract orcontracts have been carried out, the court can declare such cemeterydistrict to be dissolved, and authorize the directors of such cemeterydistrict to execute a deed to such cemetery property to the governmentalagency involved. The directors of such cemetery district shall report allpayments to the court, and, if approved by the court, the court shall ordersuch cemetery district to pay all costs and expenses from the moneyreceived for the sale of such property, a copy of which order shall befiled with the county clerk of the county or counties in which suchcemetery district is located, and thereupon such cemetery district shallcease to become a taxing unit.
