17-1358.   Same; transfer of property and funds.When a cemetery district is disorganized and annexed, all of itsproperty and funds on hand and to be collected shall, at the time ofannexation, be transferred to the cemetery district of which it becomes apart, and said annexed district shall thereafter be a part of said annexingdistrict for all purposes.
