17-1359.   Disorganization of certain districts and annexation ofterritory to other districts.Any cemetery district organized under the provisions of K.S.A. 17-1330et seq. and amendments thereto may be disorganized and the territorythereof annexed to another cemetery district located within the same countyin the manner hereinafter provided.
