17-1363.   Same; records, funds, etc., transferred to annexing district;title to property.Whenever any cemetery district shall be disorganized under theprovisions of this act [*] and the territory thereof annexed to anotherdistrict, all books, records, papers, moneys, funds in the hands of thecounty treasurer or levies outstanding, and property, both real andpersonal, shall be transferred to the custody of the secretary-treasurer ofthe cemetery district to which such territory has been annexed. The titleto all such property shall vest in the district as the same is constitutedfrom and after the date of such annexation.
