17-1507.   Same; execution and filing.The articles of incorporation shall be executedand filed and become effective in the manner prescribed by the generalcorporation code. The secretary of state shall return to the corporation acertified copy of such articles of incorporation, withthe date of filing and attested with theseal of the secretary's office.
