17-1507. Same; execution and filing.
The articles of incorporation shall be executed
and filed and become effective in the manner prescribed by the general
corporation code. The secretary of state shall return to the corporation a
certified copy of such articles of incorporation, with
the date of filing and attested with the
seal of the secretary's office.
