17-1516.   Dissolution of certain mutual telephone companies.Any mututal telephone company organized prior to 1915 under theprovisions of chapter 116 [*] of the Session Laws of 1887 may makedisposition of its property and assets on such terms and conditions and forsuch considerations as may be agreed upon and may provide for itsdissolution in the manner as provided in this act.
