      17-1519.   Same; dissolution when meeting held and assets sold prior toJune 30, 1949.Any mututal telephone company organized under the provisions of chapter116 of the Session Laws of 1887 and which, prior to the effective date ofthis act, has held a meeting and sold all of its assets, may be dissolvedupon filing with the secretary of state an affidavit stating that all ofits assets have been disposed of, which affidavit shall be accompanied by acopy of the publication notice to the stockholders, together with anaffidavit of proof of publication by the manager or publisher of thenewspaper in which said notice was published. Said corporation shall bedeemed to have been dissolved on the date of the filing of said affidavitand said publication notice and proof thereof.
