17-1520.   Application of general corporationcode.(a) The provisions of the Kansas general corporation code andallpowers and rights thereunder shall apply to the corporations organized underarticle 15 of chapter 17 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendmentsthereto, except where such provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent withthe express provisions of article 15 of chapter 17 of the Kansas StatutesAnnotated, and amendments thereto.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental toarticle 15 of chapter 17 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendmentsthereto.
