17-1615.   Matters subject to referendum, when.Upon demand of one-third of the entire board of directors, any matterthat has been approved or passed by the board must be referred to theentire membership or the stockholders for decision at the next specialor regular meeting which shall be held not less than 15 days but notmore than 60 days after such matter was approved or passed.
