17-1618.   Annual report; annual report fee.Each association formed under this act, or acts amendatory thereto, shallprepare and make an annual report to the secretary of state, and pay the annualreport fee, as prescribed by K.S.A. 17-7504 andamendments thereto, except that the report shall be filed at the timeprescribed by law for filing the association's annual Kansas income tax return.
