17-1628.   Application of general corporation code.The provisions of the general corporation code of this state and all powers andrights thereunder shall apply to the associations organized hereunder, exceptwhere such provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent with the expressprovisions of this act, or acts amendatory thereto.
