Article 16.--COOPERATIVE MARKETING

      17-1631.   Dissolution for failure to carry on business; receivers.Any cooperative corporation, company or association heretofore organized underarticle 16, chapter 17, of the Revised Statutes of Kansas of 1923, and chapter150 [*] of the Laws of 1931, and amendments thereto, which has for a periodofthree years ceased to engage, in good faith, in the primary business for whichsuch corporation or association was organized, shall be dissolved by order ofthe district court having jurisdiction, on petition of the attorney general,supported by affidavit, and if the court shall find the petition is true, itshall appoint a receiver to wind up the affairs of such corporation and decreeits dissolution.
