Article 16.--COOPERATIVE MARKETING

     
17-1633.   Same; restrictions.
This act, or acts amendatory thereto, should not be construed as authorizing
the fixing of prices by contract or otherwise in such a manner as to be
arbitrary, unjustly discriminatory or otherwise detrimental to the public
interest.
