17-1635. Same; invalidity of part.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this act, or acts amendatory
thereto, for any reason, shall be adjudged by any court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect or impair the
validity of the remainder of this act, or acts amendatory thereto.
