17-1635.   Same; invalidity of part.If any clause, sentence, paragraph or part of this act, or acts amendatorythereto, for any reason, shall be adjudged by any court of competentjurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect or impair thevalidity of the remainder of this act, or acts amendatory thereto.
