Chapter 17.--CORPORATIONS
Article 17.--RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

      17-1702.   Charter.No religious, literary, scientific, industrial, benevolent or othersociety, association, company, corporation or institution, that does nothave a capital stock will be required, in its charter, to make anystatement of the amount of capital stock or amount of each share; but suchcharter, if it contains the other statements therein required, and also anestimate of the value of the goods, chattels, lands, rights and creditsowned by the corporation, will be sufficient.
