17-1705.   Same; contracts and actions concerning real estate.Such subordinate organizations may contract, sue and be sued through itstrustees or managers, in any matter affecting such real estate orbuildings: Provided, That no judgment rendered against suchorganization shall have any force or effect except as against the propertyowned as provided herein.
