17-1711.   Title to property of extinct Baptist societies.That all property, both real and personal, belonging to or held in trustfor any Baptist church or any Baptist religious society that has or shallbecome extinct, shall vest in and become the property of the Kansas BaptistConvention and its successors and assigns: Provided, That nothingherein contained shall affect the title to any Baptist church or Baptistreligious society property that is held by any of the Baptist associationsof the state: And provided further, That this act shall not affect thereversionary interest of any person or persons in such property or anyvalid lien thereon.
