17-1713a.   Title to property of extinct colored Baptist religioussocieties.That all property, both real and personal, belonging to or held in trustfor any colored Baptist church or any colored Baptist religious societythat has or shall become extinct, shall vest in and become the property ofthe missionary Baptist state convention of Kansas and its successors andassigns: Provided, That this act shall not affect the reversionaryinterests of any person or persons in such property or any valid lienthereon.
