17-1761.   Same; registration of charitable organizations.Except for charitable organizations which are exempted underK.S.A. 17-1762, no charitable organization shall solicit funds in this state,nor employ a professional fund raiser or professional solicitor to solicitfunds in this state, for any charitable purpose unless such charitableorganization, and each professional fund raiser or professional solicitoremployed by such charitable organization have filed all registrations andreports required by K.S.A. 17-1763, 17-1764 and 17-1765.
