Article 19.--TELEGRAPH, TELEPHONE AND TRANSMISSION LINES

     
17-1904.   Exclusive right contracts prohibited.
No corporation shall have power to contract with any owner of land for
the right to erect and maintain a telegraph line over his lands to the
exclusion of the lines of other companies.
