17-1907. Injury to telegraph, telephone or power line property;penalty.Any person who shall willfully and intentionally injure, molest ordestroy any of the lines, posts, piers, abutments or other material orproperty pertaining to any line of telegraph, telephone or electrictransmission line erected in this state shall be deemed guilty ofmisdemeanor, and shall upon conviction be punished by fine not exceeding$500 or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one year, or byboth such fine and imprisonment.
