17-1910.   Telegraph stations at county seats.That every telegraph company or other corporation operating a telegraphline through the corporate limits of any county seat in Kansas is herebyrequired to establish and maintain a telegraph station at such county seat,with the usual facilities and appointments for the convenience of thepublic in sending telegrams during the business hours of each day.
