17-1914.   Moving buildings or structures on streets, alleys, roads andhighways having transmission lines and aerial facilities; permits.No person, firm or corporation shall move, haul, or transport, anyhouse, building, derrick, or other structure of the height when loaded formovement, of sixteen (16) feet or more from the surface of the highway,road, street or alley, upon, across, or over, any public highway, road,street or alley, in the state of Kansas, either within or outside of thelimits of any incorporated city, upon which public highway, road, street oralley, any telephone, telegraph, electric light, or electric power wires orother aerial facilities are in place, without first obtaining a permittherefor as hereinafter provided.
