17-1916.   Same; notice to utility.The applicant shall, upon the issuance of such permit, if theapplication states that it will be necessary to cut and move, raise or inany way interfere with any wires, cables or other aerial equipment of anypublic or municipally owned utility give not less than fifteen (15) dayswritten notice to the public or municipally owned utility owning oroperating such wires, cables or other aerial facilities, or to theiragents, of the intent to move a structure, giving the time and location ofthe applicant's moving operations. Should the moving operation be delayed,then applicant shall again give the public or municipally owned utility notless than twenty-four (24) hours advance notice of the actual operation.
