17-1920.   Same; penalties.Any person violating the provisions of this act shall be deemed guiltyof a misdemeanor, and shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fineof not more than $100, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not morethan 60 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
