17-1922.   Unconstitutional provisions notseverable.If any provision of this act, or the application of suchprovision to any person or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional, itshall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would not have enacted theremainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutional provisions.
