17-1922. Unconstitutional provisions not
severable.
If any provision of this act, or the application of such
provision to any person or circumstance is held invalid or unconstitutional, it
shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature would not have enacted the
remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutional provisions.
