17-2029.   Same; business trust created prior to act.A business trust is hereby declared to be a permitted form ofassociation for the conduct of business in this state, provided theprovisions of this act are complied with, except, that nothing contained inthis act shall be construed to limit, prohibit, or invalidate theexistence, acts, or obligations to the state, of any business trust createdor doing business in this state prior to the effective date hereof.
