Article 20.--TRUST COMPANIES AND BUSINESS TRUSTS

     
17-2031.   Same; filing fees.
At the time of filing the instruments required by K.S.A. 17-2030, the business
trust shall pay to the secretary of state a filing
fee of fifty dollars ($50).
