17-2032.   Same; conditions precedent to beginning business;liability for violations.No business trust shall transact any business in this state, except suchas may be incidental to its organization, until it has fully compliedwith K.S.A. 17-2030 and 17-2031, and in event ofany violation hereof all trustees of such business trust, except thosewho filed their written dissent in the office of the secretary of statebefore such business was transacted, shall be jointly and severallyliable for all debts and obligations of the business trust arising fromthe business so transacted in this state prior to compliance withK.S.A. 17-2030 and 17-2031.
