17-2038.   Same; invalidity of part.If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause, or phrase ofthis act is for any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, suchunconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality orvalidity of the remaining portion or portions of this act.
