17-2237.   Transfer of jurisdiction and records.On July 1, 1968, all the jurisdiction, authority, powers and duties nowconferred and imposed by law upon the bank commissioner in relation to themanagement, control, regulation and general supervision of credit unions,are hereby transferred to, conferred and imposed upon the credit unioncouncil and the administrator. The books, records, documents, equipment andsupplies of the bank commissioner relating to credit unions shall betransferred to the credit union department.
