Article 22.--CREDIT UNIONS

     
17-2258.   Insuring of guarantee fund.
A guarantee corporation may obtain such guarantees as it deems necessary
for the reasonable protection of its guarantee fund and for the benefit
of those credit union members whose shares are guaranteed by it. Such
guarantees shall be with an insurance company authorized to do business
in Kansas or with any other entity which may be approved by the administrator
for the specific purpose of guaranteeing the funds of
guarantee corporations.
