17-2258.   Insuring of guarantee fund.A guarantee corporation may obtain such guarantees as it deems necessaryfor the reasonable protection of its guarantee fund and for the benefitof those credit union members whose shares are guaranteed by it. Suchguarantees shall be with an insurance company authorized to do businessin Kansas or with any other entity which may be approved by the administratorfor the specific purpose of guaranteeing the funds ofguarantee corporations.
