Article 22.--CREDIT UNIONS

      17-2265.   Fees for credit unions insured by guarantee corporations; disposition.In addition to other fees authorized by law, the credit union administratorshall fix and collect appropriate fees among all state-chartered creditunions which are insured by guarantee corporations regulated by theadministratorfor the administration of the provisions of K.S.A. 17-2250 to 17-2261,inclusive, and amendments thereto.The creditunion administrator shall remit all fees collected under this section tothe state treasurer in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, andamendments thereto. Upon receipt of each suchremittance, the state treasurer shalldepositthe entire amount in the state treasury to the credit of the credit unionfee fund.
