17-2267.   Transfer of documents from insurance commissioner to creditunion administrator.On the effective date of this act, all documents previouslyfiled with the state insurance commissioner by any guarantee corporationas a condition for doing business pursuant to this act and then held bythe commissioner shall be transferred to the administrator and any depositheld by the commissioner pursuant to this act on behalf of a guarantee corporationshall be transferred to the administrator and the commissioner shall thereafterbe relieved of all responsibility for the records, deposit and regulationof such guarantee corporation.
