Article 23.--DEVELOPMENT CREDIT CORPORATIONS; HOUSING LAWS

      17-2354.   Remedies of an obligee.An obligee of a municipality shall have the right in addition to allother rights which may be conferred on such obligee, subject only to anycontractual restrictions binding upon any such obligee:

      (a)   By mandamus, suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity tocompel said municipality or authority, and the commissioners, officers,agents or employees thereof to perform each and every term, provision andcovenant contained in any contract of said municipality with or for thebenefit of such obligee, and to require the carrying out of any or all suchcovenants and agreements of said municipality and the fulfillment of allduties imposed by this act.

      (b)   By suit, action or proceeding in equity, to enjoin any acts orthings which may be unlawful, or the violation of any of the rights of suchobligee of said municipality.
