17-2713.   Same; directors and officers.No person may be a director or officer, other than secretary, of aprofessional corporation unless he is a shareholder. If the number ofshareholders is less than three the number of directors may likewise beless than three, and the officers may be president, treasurer and secretaryonly, which offices may be combined in one or more persons.
