17-2720.   Certain entities deemed validly incorporated; requirements.Any entity organized prior to July 1, 1981, for the purpose of rendering(1) landscape architect services or (2) landscape architectservices and architect, engineer or land surveyor services shall be deemedto be a validly incorporated professional corporation if the entity andthe organization of the entity meets all requirements of the professionalcorporation law of Kansas as amended on July 1, 1981.
