17-4603.   Definitions.In this act: (a) "Co-operative" means any corporation organized underthis act or which becomes subject to this act in the manner hereinafterprovided; and (b) "person" means any natural person, firm, association,corporation business trust, partnership, federal agency, state or politicalsubdivision or agency thereof, or any body politic.
