17-4616.   Change of location of principal office.A cooperative, upon authorization of its board of trustees or itsmembers, may change the location of its principal office any placewithin thestate of Kansas by filing a certificate reciting such change of principaloffice, executed by its president or vice-presidentand attested by its secretary, in the office of thesecretary ofstate.
