17-4632.   Securities act exemption.The provisions of the Kansas uniform securities act shall not apply toany note,bond or other evidence of indebtedness issued by any cooperative doingbusiness in this state pursuant to this act to the United States ofAmerica orany agency or instrumentality thereof, or to any mortgage, deed of trust orother instrument executed to secure the same. The provisions ofsuchsecurities act shall not apply to the issuance of membership certificatesby any cooperative.
