17-4635.   Application of general corporationcode.(a) The provisions of the Kansas general corporation code andall powers and rights thereunder shall apply to the corporations organizedunder the electric cooperative act, except where such provisions are inconflict with or inconsistent with the express provisions of the electriccooperative act.

      (b)   The provisions of this section shall be a part of and supplemental to theelectric cooperative act.
