17-4653.   Purpose; incorporators.Five or more persons may organize a cooperative, nonprofit,membership corporation under the provisions of the renewable energy electricgeneration cooperative act for the purposes of conducting or promoting anylawful business under the general corporation laws of the state, generatingelectricity from renewable resources and technologies and transmitting andselling such electricity at wholesale.
