17-4655.   Name.The name of an electric generation cooperative organizedunder the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act shallinclude the words "renewable," "generation" and "cooperative" and theabbreviation "Inc.". The name of an electric generation cooperative shall bedistinct from the name of any other cooperative or corporation organized underthe laws of, or authorized to do business in, this state. Only a cooperativedoing business in this state pursuant to the renewable energy electricgeneration cooperative act shall use all of the following words in its name:"Renewable," "generation" and "cooperative."
