17-4656.   Articles of incorporation.(a) The articles of incorporation of a cooperative organizedunder the renewable energy electric generation cooperative act shall recitethat they are executed pursuant to the renewable energy electric generationcooperative act and shall state:

      (1)   The name of the cooperative;

      (2)   the address of its principal office;

      (3)   the names and addresses of the incorporators;

      (4)   the names and addresses of its directors; and

      (5)   the purposes for which it is organized.

      (b)   The articles of incorporation of a cooperative organized under therenewable energy electric generation cooperative act may contain anyprovisions, not inconsistent with the renewable energy electric generationcooperative act, which are deemed necessary or advisable for the conduct of thebusiness of the cooperative.

      (c)   The articles of incorporation shall be signed by each incorporator.
