17-4657.   Bylaws.The board of directors shall adopt the first bylaws of acooperative to be adopted following an incorporation, conversion, merger orconsolidation. Thereafter the members shall adopt, amend or repeal the bylawsby the affirmative vote of a majority of those members voting thereon at ameeting of the members. The bylaws shall set forth the rights and duties ofmembers and directors and may contain other provisions for the regulation andmanagement of the affairs of the cooperative not inconsistent with therenewable energy electric generation cooperative act or with the cooperative'sarticles of incorporation.
